Billing & Restore

Persian Flux subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple controls payment methods, receipts, renewal dates, cancellation, tax handling, and refund decisions. Flux verifies eligible Apple transactions and binds the resulting membership to your Flux account.

Subscribe to Premium or Ultra

Choose Create Account, Upgrade, or Compare Plans, select Premium or Ultra, choose a billing period, review the App Store price and terms, and confirm with Apple. If Apple confirms a charge but Flux shows an activation error, do not purchase again. Use Restore Purchases.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Flux cannot cancel an Apple-billed subscription for you. On iPhone or iPad, open Apple Settings, select your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Flux. On Apple TV, open Settings > Users and Accounts > Subscriptions. On the web, use https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

What Restore Purchases does

Restore Purchases checks active App Store entitlements on the current Apple ID, verifies them with Flux, and refreshes the Flux account’s membership. Use it after reinstalling, replacing a device, signing in on another supported device, or when Apple shows an active subscription but Flux shows Basic or locked content.

How to restore

Sign in to the Flux account that should own the membership, confirm the device uses the purchasing Apple ID, connect to the internet, open Settings or Account in Flux, select Restore Purchases, and wait for the result.

Apple shows active, but Flux does not

Confirm the correct Flux account, confirm Apple lists Flux as active under the current Apple ID, use Restore Purchases, check Account > Devices, close and reopen Flux, and contact support if access is still missing.

Refunds and deletion

Refund requests for App Store transactions must be submitted to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting Flux or deleting your Flux account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
