Movies Guide

The Movies destination provides an on-demand catalog with discovery, details, favorites, and watch-progress features across iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.

Browse and search

Open Movies from the top navigation. The experience can include featured titles, new releases, popular movies, genre collections, all Movies, Favorites, and Continue Watching. Use search and filters to narrow results. If no titles appear, check spelling, try a shorter title, clear filters, and confirm the device is online.

Review movie details

Select a poster to open details. Depending on metadata, Flux may show English and Persian title information, synopsis, release year, runtime, genres, content rating, editorial rating, third-party rating only when licensed data is present, required membership tier, and related titles.

Movie playback requires an account

Guests can browse the movie catalog, but playback requires a signed-in Flux account. Movies do not use the 15-minute live-channel preview. Basic can play Basic-tier movies, Premium can play Basic and Premium, and Ultra can play Basic, Premium, and Ultra.

Watch, Resume, and Restart

Select Watch to start a movie. If Flux has saved meaningful progress, you may see Resume or Restart. Progress is saved periodically during playback and at important player transitions.

Favorites and Continue Watching

Movie favorites are associated with the Flux account and can appear on another supported device signed in to that account. Continue Watching appears after Flux records eligible movie progress and may disappear after completion, catalog removal, or account deletion.

Temporarily unavailable movies

If Flux shows an account or upgrade message, follow that action. If Flux says a film is temporarily unavailable, retry later or continue browsing. Upgrading is not the fix for a missing or unavailable asset.
