Playback Features
Use player controls, adaptive quality, audio and subtitle tracks, AirPlay, Picture in Picture, and the Flux mini-player.
Persian Flux uses Apple’s system video player for familiar, accessible playback controls across iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.
Basic player controls
Live channels support available system controls such as play or pause where supported, device or television volume, available audio or subtitle tracks, AirPlay on mobile, and closing the player. Movies support play, pause, seeking, resume, restart, available tracks, AirPlay, Picture in Picture on mobile, and closing the player.
Adaptive video quality
Quality may rise or fall during a stream to reduce interruptions while staying within the membership cap: Basic up to 480p SD, Premium up to 720p HD, and Ultra best available source quality. Ultra does not guarantee every title is 4K, HDR, or any other format.
Audio languages and subtitles
Open the player’s audio and subtitle controls to see available tracks. If a language is not listed, that track is not available for the current source. Flux cannot generate a missing licensed audio or subtitle track at playback time.
AirPlay from iPhone or iPad
Start playback, open player controls, select AirPlay, and choose a compatible destination. If troubleshooting, confirm network discovery, avoid guest Wi-Fi isolation, disable VPN for a test, restart the receiving device, and test another app.
Picture in Picture and mini-player
Picture in Picture lets video continue in a floating system window while another app is in front. Start playback, then use the control or leave the app if configured. Flux can also show a compact in-app mini-player for supported sessions. The mini-player is not the same as Apple system Picture in Picture.
Background and offline behavior
If Flux moves to the background without Picture in Picture, playback may pause. Flux does not currently provide offline downloads; an active network is required.
