Privacy & Deletion

Persian Flux uses account, subscription, device, playback, and support information to deliver and protect the service. The full legal description is available in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Flux privacy commitments

Flux does not sell personal information for money, does not track viewers across third-party apps or websites for advertising, does not build cross-app behavioral advertising profiles, and does not use third-party advertising tools or SDKs in its current apps.

Information Flux may process

Depending on use, Flux may process account email, display name, authentication state, Sign in with Apple identity information, membership tier, purchase status, limited Apple transaction metadata, registered-device information, active stream counts, viewed channels or movies, favorites, recent items, watch progress, diagnostics, and support messages.

Delete your Flux account in the app

Account deletion is permanent. Sign in to Flux, open Account or Account Settings, open the profile or account-management section, select Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm deletion. Deletion removes or disables primary Flux-side account data not required to be retained.

Deletion does not cancel Apple billing

Apple billing is separate from the Flux account. Cancel any active Apple subscription before deleting your Flux account if you do not want it to renew. Deleting the Flux app also does not cancel billing.

If deletion fails or you have a privacy request

If deletion fails, confirm the device is online, retry once, record the exact error, and contact admin@persianflux.com or use https://persianflux.com/contact-us. Privacy requests may require identity verification.

Report a security concern

Contact Flux promptly if you believe your account, subscription, registered device, licensed-content access, or personal information has been misused. Never send passwords, Apple authentication codes, full payment details, or private security credentials.
